We will ask you to either book a consultation call with us, or we can arrange for our designers to visit you at your home. Regardless of your preferred method, we will take time to discuss your own ideas and build an assessment of what you need.

We will provide you with approximate costing based on the design brief, this will take into account factors such as materials used, crafting techniques, size of project, as well as primary elements of your ideas.

Taking creative ideas from our initial contact into account, our designers present more detailed plans, elevations and visuals which showcase our bespoke studies. We will then send these plans to you for approval or amendments, prior to manufacture and installation.

Once you have agreed to our proposal, your home office will undergo full manufacture at our Dorking workshop through the skills of expert craftsmen.
Elite will then arrange a convenient date for installing your furniture. While we are with you, we will be courteous, understanding, hardworking, neat and tidy.
